Delivery and returns

We offer Free UK Delivery & Free UK Returns as standard (except on Sale Items)
Delivery
All orders received before 3pm will be dispatched the same working day by the postage type you selected at checkout. All orders received after 3pm will be processed and dispatched on the next working day. If you select Royal Mail First Class you should receive your package the next working day, but for guaranteed tracked delivery we advise choosing our next day delivery option at checkout. 
All orders over £100 receive free delivery. 
All of our fulfilment is handled by our warehouse in Milton Keynes. They handle all our distribution and returns :

Returns (we will fully reimburse return postage via Royal Mail 2nd Class except on Sale Items)
Our policy lasts 28 days. If 28 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Before you return anything please email us at returns@bornclothing.store so we can ensure it is logged on the system and can be processed quickly when it reaches our warehouse.

PLEASE DO NOT RETURN ANYTHING TO OUR PAUL STREET ADDRESS IN LONDON AS THIS WILL SEVERELY DELAY YOUR RETURN AND REFUND BEING PROCESSED.
 
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your return. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, which will take up to three working days. We will also reimburse you for the cost of Royal Mail 2nd Class Postage.
 
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
Please contact us at returns@bornclothing.store should you have questions or queries about returned and refunded products.
 
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
 
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at  returns@bornclothing.store and send your item to: Born Clothing, MyWarehouse, 28 Heathfield, Milton Keynes, MK12 6HP.
 
Shipping Returns
To return your product, you should post your product to: Born Clothing, MyWarehouse, 28 Heathfield, Milton Keynes, MK12 6HP.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund.

We strongly recommend you send your returned goods via recorded and tracked delivery as we will not be held liable for goods that are lost or damaged in transit.
